Rain Garden Plants, Rain Barrels

I met Steve halfway yesterday and got his trailer. Then today I loaded it up with the plants for the rain garden and the three rain barrels that are also part of storm water management. I put about 10 gallons of water in the bottom of each rain barrel to help give them some weight.
